Fuse Blocks troubleshooting

The game will not start

Restart the device and open Fuse Blocks again. If the issue continues, include your device model and Android version in your support email.

The game is running slowly

Close other applications running in the background, restart Fuse Blocks and make sure the device has available storage space.

Sound or vibration is not working

Open the Fuse Blocks Settings menu and confirm Sound and Vibration are enabled. Also check the device’s system sound and vibration settings.

My progress has disappeared

Fuse Blocks currently stores progress locally. Clearing app storage, uninstalling the app or moving to another device may remove progress.

Where is the Google Play link?

The link will appear on the Fuse Blocks game page when testing and production approval are complete.
